New Year

It has truly been an incredible, awe-inspiring, exhilarating and whirlwind of a year! And I wouldn’t have had it any other way.

Firstly, a Happy New Year to you all!

Celebrating my wedding and being able to share this tremendous occasion in both Udaipur and London was definitely the highlight of my year (and probably will be for many more years to come)! This was very closely followed by reuniting with so many loved ones that I hadn’t seen in years. It’s amazing how some friendships and relationships don’t falter, but get stronger despite the distance and years apart.

Travels and adventures to places new and old were another highlight that I hope will continue in the new year. Not to mention the abundance of delicious and exciting meals had along the way. If it were up to me, I’d spend the rest of my life eating and traveling my way through the world (and documenting them to share with you all).

And of course, how can I forget my beloved London, the city I now call home that has brought so many wonderful experiences and opportunities my way. The English writer, Samuel Johnson once said, when a man is tired of London, he is tired of life. Well, I am yet to tire of this incredible life.

It may have been a rather unfortunate and grim year for the world, but it was a particularly special one for me. Here’s to 2017!
