Sun, sand and a beautiful day spent sailing along the crystal clear, turquoise blue waters of Phuket.
We arrived in Phuket late in the evening after nearly twenty hours of flying and layovers. After a massive plate of Pad Thai, a good night’s rest, we were off early the next morning to spend a day relaxing in one of Hype Luxury Boat Club’s stunning catamarans.
Beautiful boats and yatchs all lined up one by one, ready to be picked for your own private tour.
Not a bad way to start off the morning!
With luxury sun lounges and day beds to relax in, Hype pride themselves as a beach club on the sea offering finger food, an extensive menu of champagnes, wines and cocktails and a DJ.
It’s insane just how clear and blue the waters are!
Depending on the season, you are taken to either James Bond Island or Hong Island Krabi for a swim and snorkel during the day. We were taken to James Bond Island but unfortunately with this time of the year being rainy season, we were caught in a downpour!
The finger food ranges from a traditional Thai selection to sushi and tapas. I have to admit that this definitely could have been better as most of the meal was cold and quite tasteless.
But with this view ahead of you, who really cares about eating anyways?
A day well spent!
If you’re heading to Phuket with a group of friends, I’d definitely recommend booking a day with Hype Luxury Boat Club. The catamaran holds around fifty people and you can book individual tables for you and your friends. The boat staff are incredibly friendly with the DJ adding to the amazing atmosphere.
All you need is a refreshing mimosa, a giant hat (like me!) and a long snooze on one of the sun beds.
